I worked for 2 years without any training
I think I am burnt and needed a few days or a week to rest and energy and passion back for the training.

It does not hurt you all to pause. rebuil muscles during their breaks, in fact, its recommended that a week's holiday to raise every few months. Take back a rest period of two weeks or less, and I can rebuild their strongest muscles in the guarantee.
